To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be returned with the original packaging.

• Include all accessories, manuals, cables, and other items supplied with the product.

• Include the original invoice/order details where applicable.

• Not show signs of misuse, physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modification.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.

After verification, WINGS LIFESTYLE may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

A return may
